In 2024, we partnered with VOX Cinemas to support the redesign of its flagship location at Dubai Festival City Mall — one of the UAE’s premier lifestyle and entertainment destinations. The objective: deliver custom interior solutions that reflect VOX’s evolving identity and commitment to elevated cinema experiences.

With a tight timeline and a bold vision, the VOX DFC project called for high-quality materials, flawless execution, and speed. Proal supplied a wide range of interior cladding and furniture solutions, including custom-built acoustic panels, counters, wall claddings, and cinema room finishes. All materials were selected to support both the visual impact and durability required for a high-traffic entertainment environment.
The highlight of the project was the extensive use of wood-finish HPL panels, designed to bring warmth and depth to the cinema interiors. In addition, Proal crafted bespoke counters and lounge tables tailored to VOX’s brand aesthetic. The entire process — from material approval to production to installation — was completed within a 30-day turnaround, meeting the client’s ambitious opening deadline without compromise on quality.
The result is a modern, comfortable, and visually cohesive cinema space that elevates the movie-going experience for VOX customers. The Dubai Festival City location now stands as a key reference for future VOX projects across the region.
